This was the one time that a phone call from II offering a different resort was great. We had an exchange request in using our MGV studio for Oceana Palms. I knew it was a long shot and we really wanted Ocean Pointe, but we couldn't place a request for Ocean Pointe since they have studio and 1BR units and we needed a 2BR.
II called today and said that our request was still out there but offered us a week in our window in a 2BR at Ocean Pionte, we took it. Though I called back later to change it to a later week after I looked online and saw a couple other 2BR weeks out there. I realized after I called them that I could have just done the retrade online.
Either way, it was a great call from II. I have been super busy at work and haven't had a chance to monitor II instant inventory regularly.
