I have looked at this very unit, y'all, and while it is a bit cozy (but still with a full kitchen), it has an unbeatable location (next door to Wyndham Ocean Boulevard) at an unbeatable time, managed by a great management company, all for an unbeatable ongoing annual MF price. Where else can you get direct oceanfron in the middle of prime season for less than $70.00 a night? If I didn't already have four TS's (one of which is at this resort), I would pop on this without hesitation.
