Pelican Resort room location

Just been confirmed into M312 does anyone know what building and location this is at the pelican resort, St. Maarten.

Pelican

M312 is a Superior 1 bedroom unit on the third floor of the Marina building. Here is the floor plan: http://pelicanresort.com/floor-plan-4.asp and the resort site plan: http://pelicanresort.com/site-plan.asp

The Marina building is on the water, and M312 has a balcony with an unobstructed view overlooking the Marina Activities Center peer and boat launch on Simpson Bay, with the Caribbean Sea to the left.

The second floor of the Marina building is at the same level as the Marina pool and swim up bar. The first floor has a restaurant, sales office, Aqua Mania water activities center and store, and the SCUBA shop.

You will be one flight of stairs from the pool, and two flights from the beach.

well that sounds wonderful! thank you so much. we are going Christmas week. We have not traveled caribbean during x-mas but now that kids are older we have decided not to stay home. how is st. maarten during x-mas break? do other families travel during this time? will there be other teens? my kids are 14 & 15. does the island or pelican resort do anything x-mas?

any info would be greatly appreciated.

We went for Xmas in 2001. It was awesome. Our kids (there were 9 family members) had a ball. A lot of things will be closed Xmas day so do your research and reserve early. Some good places just down on the main road from pelican and within walking distance. The Boathouse restaurant, the pizza place Lady C at the floating bar, A terrific fish place I want to say Lee's but I cannot be sure- all of these on the main road right across from Royal Palm Beach resort. You will have a ball. It was the most relaxing vacation we ever had and nobbody missed the traditional xmas holiday. Sadly, my mom died two months later but we have amazing memories and video of the best xmas she ever had!
