Does anybody know where I can find the Sunset Beach all inclusive pricing? Looking at trading in through RCI, but RCI doesn't list it. We're doing a 5 night stay, and I just want to compare the cost of exchanging in through RCI and adding AI, vs. just booking AI through a travel website. We went to Rose last year and did AI and enjoyed the food/drinks enough that it was worth it, and the cost wasn't so high that we felt bad going into town for dinner a few times. On that trip we took a shuttle up to PBSB and think that's where we want to spend most of our time, mainly for the sky pool and views.

Thanks in advance

The rates seem to vary from week to week. You can call them and see what they say. Here is their website. Note that wi-fi is included.

We just returned from a week at our timeshare at the PB Rose and we did the all-inclusive. We had purchased ours last December and did not realize that wi-fi was included. It wasn't mentioned when we checked in. All week long we went over to the deli area and used the frustratingly slow free wi-fi. The day before we left another guest pointed out that it was included with the all-inclusive package. We could have been enjoying it in the comfort of our suite or by the pool. I was really bummed about that!

It was a great value and the food was very good. We didn't miss going to town to try out the restaurants because it was very hot and humid all week. A cab ride was $8 each way. It was so convenient to just order whatever we wanted by the pool, restaurants, and room service which had a surprisingly good menu. Tipping for good service made the service even better!

People on the all-inlusive at Sunset Beach can use all the restaurants at the Rose and the Blanco next door in addition to the Sunset Beach offerings. But, it doesn't work both ways for the Rose and Blanco people. We couldn't use the Sunset Beach restaurants.

Interesting - we went and stayed at the Rose last February, and we COULD use PBSB, in fact we went up there for a day and hung out at the sky pool, then paid the $15 to use the spa to shower (totally worth it) and went to the nicer restaurant up there where you pay the surcharge (the name is escaping me). Everything we had up at the sky pool was included. We booked our Rose stay through Travelocity so maybe that had something to do with it? Either way, access to all of the resorts was certainly a benefit we liked.

Oh, and for what it's worth, we knew about the wifi - and while it worked pretty good around the pool at Rose, it was spotty at best in the room, so you didn't miss much!

Now I'm even more disappointed-- they give more benefits to non-owners than owners!:annoyed: I know they are actively selling at Sunset Beach and I'm sure they are more interested in getting new prospects any way they can than doing anything to benefit their owners.

We have been owners at PBSB for 7 years. I feel like the all inclusive has almost been shoved down our throats. The prices on all menus have risen significantly over the past 4 years where you are silly not to get AI if you are going to eat out onsite at all. Come on.... $8.00 for a small dinner salad in the Bistro? The quality of the food has dropped also, although still very passable, just not at all what it once was. If you are drinkers, no matter what the cost of the AI, is worth it. If not, I would think it through. We have purchased early and done the full 7 days and still eaten at our favorite places in town. We have also waited, done an owners presentation where they will ( or did last year) let you do a partial week for 62.00 per day. Cannot remember if it was 3 or 4 days. I think the full week we did the year before was $417.00 pp which gave you a day for free. That being said. The upcharges at Frieda, and Quivara, and also Fellinni's over at Rose are worth every penny. They are EXCELLENT!
