Just saw this from Paymentus. Wonder what kind of quirks this will bring. Hope they code better than they spell.

The system will be down for scheduled maintenance on Thursday, Aug. 1 from 5:00 AM to approximiately 9:00 AM ET.

Huh. Last Friday I got a Worldmark email about a Paymentus rollout (and downtime) coming 8/2 at 10pm.
I wonder if it's related. (Copied below.)

Next week, WorldMark by Wyndham will roll out Paymentus – a new system and payment portal to better service your loan and dues accounts – which will include convenient payment and self-service options.
Visit your owner website for an instructional video, how to reset your password, need to know information, and answers to frequently asked questions.
What’s new?
With Paymentus, you will be able to access and view all your account information and preferences. Plus, more. You will be able to:
  • View your account.
  • Enroll/update Auto-Pay.
  • View payment and statement history.
  • Enroll in paperless options.
  • View the portal in your preferred language.
  • Opt in to receive email notifications.
Paymentus login information:
The first time you log in, click on the ‘First time user? Click here’ link in Paymentus. The link can be found by logging into worldmarkbywyndham.com, navigating to the “Dues & loans” tab and clicking the “Make a payment” link. You will then be prompted to enter your email address used for the current payment system, member number, and zip code to create your Paymentus login information. To access the one-time payment portal, you will need to provide your email address used for the current payment system and date of birth.
Owner website:
The WorldMark owner website and the ability to make online payments will not be available from August 2, 2024, 10:00 p.m. ET to August 3, 2024, 3 a.m. ET. Please note, these times can change if there are process delays during our transition to the new system.
Payments:
Speedpay will remain available for online payments until the above noted outage. Once the owner website is online, you will see your new payment portal, Paymentus. If you are enrolled in the Auto-Pay program, your payment will not be fully processed until August 6, 2024.
You may still make payments by mail or through your bank’s online Bill Pay service when the online option is not available.
Important changes:
There may be some minor changes to your account with this migration, but rest assured you will still be able to expect the same high standard of servicing. To view important information that could impact your loan or dues account visit your owner website.

Well, my accounts are all screwed up because I have both Wyndham and Worldmark and they are using old emails on both. SO I can't see anything except a paid off contract on Worldmark side, yet my loans and dues account tab shows my Worldmark dues are past due, and they've been trying to call me the last few days most likely about that.
Then when I try to do a one-time payment, it won't allow that either because it doesn't recognize mine or my husband's name or birthdate with any variation of our emails???
So once again a poorly thought out implementation of something "new and improved".
