We know we were told that we didn't need passports last year since St. Thomas is a US territory. We just found out that our 3 month old grandson and his folks are joining us for one of our weeks. Just want to make sure that Luke doesn't need a passport. All adults have them.

Still no passport required for the USVI, no matter what your age. However, do carry a certified copy of Luke's birth certificate since it will likely be the only form of ID you have for him.

A passport is requied if you want to go to the BVI - which is one of my favorite things to do when going to St Thomas. I don't know what they do for a baby, but as suggested, hopefully birth certificate is adequate if you go?

Good luck!
