Is Parkway International, 2bd/2ba, week 26 a good exchange property? If resale, I would only be able to exchange thru II, correct? And not thru DRI? Thanks!

Parkway International a good exchange?

- A few in S and VA, a single resort in NC, MD, PA, and UT, plus Jamaica and the Bahamas
I think it would be good but not super. I think you could probably find something with lower MF's that is as good as a trader. If you are looking prime summer east or west coast availability, I don't think I would go with a II exchanger. If I were to go with a II exchanger I would go with a Marriott or Starwood with some type of internal priority. Although personally I think they are better if you are not tied to a school schedule.
