Is there any mega assessment or other problems going on at this resort? The prices for weeks 1-52 (includes ski weeks) have dropped to record lows on ebay - what gives? Any owners out there? We have just bought a unit as the price was too cheap to turn away - what are the positives and negatives? Thanks Funtime

I know that there have been some management and/or legal issues at this resort, but I don't know many details. Other than that, it's not one of the nicer resorts in Park City and the location, while fairly convenient, is definitely not scenic.

Don't know about legal/financial issues, but I suspect it is just relative trade value. I regularly see ski weeks available and the units are only o.k., probably fifth or sixth choice in Park City. Also, the maintenance is a little high if you are not using it for skiing. If you ski and got a ski week, however, you should get great value.

I go to Park City every year. I can tell you that Park Regency is older and a much lower choice than 5th or 6th. That said, if you do a lot around the area, which is beautiful, it is an inexpensive place to rest your head.
