Free two bedroom summer unit at Park Plaza resort in Park City Utah! This is a five star resort (close to Marriott quality). The Park Plaza is a well run timeshare near the Prospector Square center of Park City Utah. It trades in II. This is a summer float unit that you can easily trade, rent (softball convention often comes to town) or use as Park City is absolutely wonderful in the summer. Our New Year's resolution is to downsize so although we love Park City - winter or summer - this is on the chopping block if we can find a good home for it. Maintenance fees are approximately 785 and would need to be reimbursed. First usage is 2012 and we would provide free closing. Also forgot to mention that this unit, called a Presidential suite, is very nice with granite counter tops in the kitchen, a large living dining room with fireplace. And, although it is a summer unit, the resort has its own internal flex reservation program and it can be used to reserve a winter ski week on a space available basis 60 days out. (kind of like flex exchange).

Summer in Park City - or maybe winter too!

This is a great property to use. Also, as a premier two bedroom, this is also a great rental property - two bedrooms, two baths, fireplace, marble countertops etc. And Summer in Park City usually hosts softball tournaments. This year, the Triple Crown Fastpitch National Tournament is being held on July 16, 21st. Or as noted, sixty days out you can reserve a ski week. Park Plaza is wholly owner owned and the management makes sure this property is really well run.
