Park Plaza recently renovated their central lobby to include a 14 person hot tub and a sunken lounge area with a fire pit. This updated recreation area replaced an aging pool which was very noisy. As an owner you can also enjoy bonus time during the ski season at reduced rates.
Park City is very hard to exchange into and being able to reserve your own holiday week is very convenient. Can reserve MLK week, Xmas week, New Years, Presidents week by calling one year ahead. Next year we have 3rd week of Jan. reserved: MLK week: Jan 16-23, 2027. Park City is also a great ski destination with three destination ski areas: Park City Mountain, The Canyons, and Deer Valley. Deer Valley has recently expanded their resort area. Park City is also a convenient travel destination as it is accessible from SLC airport with just a 45 min. car trip away.
