I was at Park City this past week and it has been the hottest March week in the past 10 years.
The snow is very heavy, wet, and slushy for skiing.
In fact, it got into the low 60's during midday.
Deer Valley (at the top) had the best conditions of the three mountains
Canyons is usually the best, but was way below average this year
Park City was very wet at the bottom
Conditions were icy in the morning, decent at midday only at the top, and very slushy at the bottom.
The only good news is that all three mountains and even main street were very uncrowded.
I toured Westgate Park City timeshare and it was awesome (best property with great location), Park Plaza is a great bargain (but not great location as it is not on the mountain), Marriott MountainSide had a fantastic location for skiing and Marriott SummitWatch was great for being close to the restaurants on Main Street.
I think all the above options are good for visitors, but I prefer the Westgate and Marriott locations.
