We stayed there two years ago on an RCI exchange. Unfortunately we were in a 1-bdrm unit, so can't help with pics of the 2-bdrm units. Older, but very well-maintained resort with very friendly staff. The crowd tends to be older (late 50s and up) with lots of regulars and owners who use their own units every year at the same time. We really liked it and will definitely go back again at some point. Avoid any timeshare pitch like the plague!!
The pool is a bit small for the size of the resort, but the beach is lovely. You can rent either cabanas or umbrellas by the hour, day or week. Rentals in front of the resort are for guests only. They use a dedicated beach service sub-contractor, who will also run to the bar for drinks when you put up your flag. They also charge a $10 per day "valet" parking fee, whether you use the valets or self-park. We did use them and found them great to work with.
We really enjoyed the pool bar and the adjoining restaurant. Live entertainment every night was fabulous and the food was excellent, well-prepared and well-priced. You can also order food off the menu for pick-up to take up to your unit. Reservations for in-restaurant dining in the evenings are recommended, since it is also open to the public and is quite popular.
