Friends of ours are interested in rental options at Moon Palace for November 2009. Any ideas? The couple stayed at Spa Palace last week and now want to return with their teen children.

There should be all sorts of rental options for the Moon Palace. If you are an RCI member, you can usually go there and rent it for a couple hundred plus the all inclusive fee.
You can check the boards here for Rentals from owners who own lots of weeks.
The best scenario is if they want Beach Palace and then a member can refer them under the member price and benefits, but not have to use one of their weeks. But - Moon Palace isn't running the same deal now.
