I am interested in going to the moon place and see many people selling rental All inclusive weeks through ebay and the like.

We have looked through RCI and the AI cost for our family of 3 is way more than the cost of these rental weeks.

Any feedback on how this works, what would be a good price and info on what a presidential suite vs the standard suite is would be greatly helpful.

Thanks in advance for the help

For the ebay weeks you would have to call the member and ask directly their cost for AI for 3 and what portion you are paying to them and what is paid directly to the resort. Usually the price doesn't vary all that much but the higher the level of the owner the more additional perks or upgrades that they could get.

Hopefully an owner here can explain the difference in the suite types. Prices also vary by season so it is hard to say in general what a good price would be. None are going to be particularly cheap.

Presidential Suite is a 2 bedroom suite with a minimum of 4 people prepaid. No point in paying AI for 4 people when you only have 3 people.

Basically, a member can book you at member prices as a referral and get credit for it. You pay Palace directly. The member does not handle any of your funds unless they are charging a booking fee or selling you one of their Imperial weeks (pre-paid AI week).
