If you did any reading about the training of pilots for many overseas airlines after the 77 Max crashes, you would never fly most of those airlines. Their training is mostly simulators, very little actual time in real airplane. The only reason there are not more crashes is that the onboard computerized flying systems work so well. Until they don't. In the US and Europe, most pilots of commercial flights work there way up the ladder. Fly smaller planes that require flight skills and then get to fly the computerized wonders. If there is a problem, they have flight skills to actually fly the plane manually.

Sully's miracle landing was attributable to his many hours in military fighters. Included dealing with flame outs.
