For a Pahio unit that has already been converted to RCI points:

How early can you reserve a week?
Is the view you reserve still contingent on the view for the unit on the deed?
Do you have any priority to book a Pahio resort?
Do you have to pay extra for the RCI membership?
Any other things to consider?

If you are buying a week that's been converted to RCI points, it will convert back to weeks when you buy it.

So someone wasted money converting and Wyndham will try to get the new owner to pay to convert the same unit to points again? What a racket!

A little correction. Someone pay old developer money to convet to RCI point, and when anyone buy resale, it will not carry over, and will not allow to be converted to RCI point.

Wyndham purchase the name/management right from that old developer, and has contract to have him continue build resort under PAHIO, and put into Wyndhdam's system, so he still in the call. I will guess he got a hefty % from selling the unit and ask owner to convert.

The only difference is now Wyndham will allow the point carry through resale, although VIP benefit is not.
