Package I didn't buy

Just signed on to HGVC site to book a trip and took me to an unusual page which, among other things says I have a 7 day 6 night package for $916.15 of which I have paid $504.93 and owe $401.22.

But I bought no such package.

Can't get to the normal home page to see my point balance or book a trip. Called HGVC and lady I spoke with said she had caller earlier today with same issue and they are not sure what the problem is. Asked me to send them a screenshot.

Anyone else having this problem?

Ok. Sent screenshot to HGVC and will await their answer. Me and at least one other person according to the Rep but not system wide.

It sounds like someone registering a web address very similar to the club URL to catch people making a typo.

I mistyped an address and got a bogus or spoofing website, a few times.
You should be using either: https://club.hiltongrandvacations.com/
<or> https://club.hiltongrandvacations.com/en/login#/index
