Does anyone have an ownership kit from their Harborside unit that I can get a copy of? I purchased resale and can't get a copy of one from Starwood since it was a resale purchase.

thanks!

Unless you want to read the legal-baloney, I think you can find just about everything useful on mystarcentral.com. I don't think getting a copy of the materials is practical, because the legal junk is in a book the size of a paperback novel. (At least for WKORV.)

Why don't you just ask your questions here? You have a better chance of getting the correct response.

I own own week 39 at Harborside in the older section (fixed/float)
In 2009, I want to use week 44 at Harborside (same season). I seem to have gotten conflicting information :wall:

week 39 begins 9/25
week 44 begins 10/30

Can I call on 10/30 for my exhange?
If so, I dont think I have to call anytime prior to that.

Or, do I have to wait for 12/30 (the 10 month mark)? in which case I'd have to first confirm my 9/25.

Thanks!!

You can start calling at 12-months, but unless a week 44 owner specifically cancels his/her reservation, nothing will open up until the 10-month mark. In other words, if a week 44 is actually open at the 12-month mark, you can book it. But, it's more likely that it will become available at the 10-month mark (someone is likely to forget to call to hold his/her week).

You might be better off holding your week 39 ... then only release it if you can get the week 44.
