I received a letter today advising the Wyndham will no longer pay assessments for converted points from fixed week at Club Destin Florida. Usage rights will revert back to fixed week. I bought back in 1997 so I am not sure what my options are for the 95K points I converted and am currently paying for with Club Wyndham Plus Anyone else in this same predicament that can suggest how I move forward. I am PR/founders member. Thanks!!

Club Destin was removed from the system within that past few years. That being said, one of my deeds began reading as "Club Destin" this year. I was not a fan of this change as I was aware of its removal from the system so I called in to title services as I clearly do not own at Club Destin.

So after months of reviewing this ticket, I received a call telling me that they were listing Destin resorts as "Club Destin." All was good. I'm not so sure that this is really the end of the story.

So to project, I think that it will revert to the fixed week, you will own a fixed week at Club Destin, and the points will be removed from your Wyndham account. I think that a couple of resorts have been dropped from the system and that is how it shook out.

Thank you!! I own at Emerald Grande so I would never be interested in Club Destin, I also never use RCI is there any way I can get rid of the fixed week? It is more of a headache and not worth paying $730 a year in MF
