I am currently having a dispute with the timeshare seller. I traded a 3 bedroom for two 2 bedroom units (so I thought). In actual fact I own two 3 bedroom units which come with higher maintenance fees. In addition the sales person provided information during the sales pitch which I am finding out has been less than accurate and I would have never agreed to the exchange with correct information. Has anyone had this type of issue with a developer? I should mention I am from Canada and would like to know what options I have in dealing with this.

Welcome to TUG!

Where are you in the purchase process? Did you read all the paperwork carefully before you signed it? The salesman's verbal promises don't make any difference - all that matters is what the contract says.

If you haven't completed the purchase - just say No!
