I own a plat plus week at OceanWatch and already have too many weeks to enjoy for 2013 since we have limited vacation time. Do you think I would earn more by renting the July 4th week or renting the 3675 points?

Garden View
We purchased a Garden View pre-construction. Now that the resort is built out completely, I guess that is what I should expect. Up to this point, we have always received an Ocean view (higher floor). I would assume this will impact the rental value but I don't know how much.

For the alternative, you can likely rent the points out for $0.50 - $0.65 per point. The higher range may be possible if you give your rentor more than 12 months (ie, if you rent them 2013 usage year, versus 2012 usage year).
