I believe they are just under $600 ($575?). No Special Assessment coming up that I'm aware of. Managed by SPM resorts.

I recall our unit being right behind the indoor pool when we toured it....it might have a view of the outdoor pool (we never used it, wound up getting Duck and using it instead). Wk 37 is fantastic there...last half of Sept, the water is warm, fishing is great, crowds are gone, but just about everything is open.

There are two OBBCs (Outer Banks Beach Clubs...#1 is on the beach side of the road, #2 is directly across the two lane beach road. There is a pass through for members in the OBBC I buildings with direct access to the beach (so you're just across the road & then parking lot from the beach). I think OBBC II is still RCI Gold Crown.

Thanks for that info. We go now in Wk 33 (and I'm looking for a Week 32 to extend a bit) and week 39...now that the kids are going to College, we'll be able to get there in that later Sept/Oct. week with less issues (school). The Sept week is actually better...crowds are fewer, no waits for the restaurants, more specials in the stores, etc....even the fishing is better.

Unfortunately, the 2015 use has passed, so if you want the week, I'll cover closing and transfer fees, and the new buyer will be responsible for the 2016 MFs.
