So RI and NH are now allowed to have outdoor dining. Some restaurants are up for the challenge, others have decided to remain closed. They are all getting creative to try to get people to them, but this one....I'm not sure of. Don't think I would do it, would prefer take out if I were eating out. Shower curtain lines tables.

Sorry, but something with plastic shower curtains around it doesn't appeal to me at all. It could get too hot and humid. Unless you sprayed down and sanitized after each party I wouldn't feel comfortable with the cleanliness. And if they did spray down to clean between each party, what would it smell like?

If a restaurant is going to open for outside dining can't they just separate the tables enough to provide distancing?

I am anticipating/predicting that, along with explosive growth and acceptance of telemedicine, increased outdoor dining, European style, will be one of the most notable changes that results from this pandemic. Of course, that will be especially true in areas like Florida and California that have the climate to allow for it.

We have a lot of outdoor dining in the Spring, Summer and Fall here. Now, we just need to get eat in dining opened up. Not that I plan to go into a restaurant for quite awhile.
