OK - 'fess up. Who was there last week?

Here's the story in the Kauai newspaper - Unruly Travelers Cause Airport Delays

Having met Carol recently, I'm not buying her "mom look of death" story. She's far too nice!

We were having grownup lunch! Not a kid in sight.

I'm sure even you and SDKath and Denise L and all the other moms here have a Mom Look of Death. And we would die of shame if our kids were acting like what was reported in the article. And the comments from the readers on what happened at WKORV is just terrible. I am appalled. SVO should have kicked them out after making them buy 4 weeks of 2BR LO OF.

Moms and teachers and Dads, too, all have the "look" and the "voice". As a woman, I find I lower my voice to get the most effect as a teacher. Low voices seem to have more effect on kids. I think they learn early on to just tune out the usual Mom voice. In California parents are ticketed for kid's truancies and other misdemeanors, maybe they should have been able to do that there, too.

Or, being forced to buy 5 weeks ... and raising the 5-Star elite qualification to 741,000 just moments before they signed.

My "mom look of death" doesn't work anymore. Today, I accused my dd of whining, and she said, "I'm 21, I don't whine anymore ... I just get annoyed."
