While on our last cruise, we took Princess up on a refundable $100 deposit for our next cruise. They gave us up to 12 months to make a reservation. So the question is: Where should we go?

We've done Alaska, Baltics, Norway, the Med (Barcelona-Athens), Caribbean & Panama Canal.
So where to next?

Australia and New Zealand? -- awfully far for an East-coaster.
South America - Buenos Aires to Santiago?

Have you done Croatia? Iceland?

How about fall leaves in eastern Canada Halifax, Nova Scotia?

Iceland will be our next big adventure. The Alaska cruise for next year is just a small adventure.

We spent a few days in Iceland.
I like the idea of a Transatlantic, coupled with Croatia.
Also, a New England + Canadian cruise sounds good.

After the Alaska cruise season ends, a few ships head out to the South Pacific. You can start on the West Coast or Honolulu for a transpacific repositioning cruise to Sydney.

We are headed for 3-4 days in Iceland next month followed by a half T/A back to Boston. That ship (Celebrity Eclipse) continues through New England and St. Lawrance to Montreal. We're bailing off at Boston. BeeJayBee is doing the same cruise next fall all the way from Iceland to Montreal. She & Fred might like company.

I vote for the South America itinerary! We sailed from Buenos Aires to Valparaiso Chile. I'd book a similar cruise in a heartbeat! Before we boarded Celebrity Eclipse we took a tour to Iguazu Falls-also recommend
2nd choice would be an Adriatic cruise that includes Croatia, Slovenia, Montenegro and some seldom visited Italian ports, e.g. Ravenna (though I believe many itineraries stop here for Venice), and Bari (Trulli houses in Alberobello).
As Jim suggested you can add a transatlantic to the above.
Wish we could meet up, but you'll be on Princess and we're Celebrity.

We love Holland America.
