can you give me more info please, can you push and borrow from odd years to book two weeks in an even year? and is they any fees to do this? is this contract with westgate or Blue Tree Resort themself? any links to the members rules and how the club works would be great.

Thank you for your interest. You are the first. You can book the one week in an even year if you do not use it in an odd year. I will inquire with Owner Services for more on that, if you can do two weeks and any fees. I purchased the contract when Westgate was the developer for Blue Tree but they have separated a few years ago-they never got around to changing the sign outside the Resort. The contract is with Blue Tree as they are their-own developer now and use SPM to manage them.

I will also gather any other resorts within the organization that exchanges can be made without an Interval International membership.

I checked with Owner Services with Blue Tree. You would need to purchase an additional exchange subscription, like Interval International ($150-$200 a year), in order to exchange any years or weeks. You can deposit your week in exchange for a week at another resort. You can add a second week at Blue Tree Orlando, FL for about $1000 per week. There are no exchange options without an exchange subscription.

Thanks for that mike but it doesn't suit my needs, shame as I like the resort and location.
