What happened to the 4 bedroom units in the Orlando Area? I used to book those all the time but it doesn't appear to be a thing anymore. Also, is HGV selling/leasing a higher percentage of rooms back to Hilton for hotel sales? Seaworld used to have a lot of 3 and 4 bedrooms available but there isn't many 3 bedrooms available anymore but on the normal Hilton site, they are available as a hotel room.

I don't think HGVC ever had 4 bedroom units in Orlando.

I can see decent availability for 3 bedroom SeaWorld units at the moment. But if you are looking for Spring Break, Christmas, etc. it might be a different story.

There have been discussions here in the past about how Hilton and some of the other hotel companies move units to their hotel inventory pretty quickly. There is a complicated story somewhere about inventory buckets, maximizing revenue, etc.
