We stayed there last week, via RCI reservation -- had a great time, 1st time we stayed at that resort.

The unit is a compact 2BR-2BA townhouse -- 2BR & 1BA upstairs, 1BA & sleep-sofa downstairs, plus full modern kitchen, dining area with large table & 6 chairs, private screen porch with table & chairs & lounge chairs.

Best cable TV we've ever seen in a timeshare -- lots of channels, on-demand selections, great guide channel, etc. Large flat-screen TV downstairs, 2 smaller flat-screen TVs upstairs.

Great Kissimmee location, right behind Olive Garden on Rt. 192 approximately across the street from Star Island.

Parking literally just a few steps from the unit's front door.

Outstanding water park right in the middle of the resort, hidden behind the check-in & activities building & screened from outside view by landscape plantings. Zero-depth entry pool plus kids' splash pool, adult hot tub & warm tub, very nice lazy river, & exciting double water slide reached by walking 59 steps to the top of the tower. The kids loved it.

Highly recommended.
