I stayed there for 5 nights 2 years ago, and it is quite impressive. The service is second to none across the board. It's not your standard Marriott or JW it is in a league of its own. Also it is in one of the nicest sections of London. Not sure I would pay that much but if I have the chance to return to that property I most certainly would.

I have always wanted to ever since a Marriott salesman explained how I could trade a Harbour Lake unit and stay there.

I was very surprised to see not one but two on ebay!

I would not think ebay is the best way to sell a unit of that caliber.

Is it going away from timeshare?

I thought i read that the London property is moving away from the timeshare world. At that crazy price it may end up being an overpriced failure like the Ritz Carlton Clubs.

I saw Ritz Carlton on Ebay, the $14,000 annual MF's for a four week fractional was more than I could take for the rest of my life.

This is not your typical timeshare, when I was there we met a woman who was telling us she spends 8 weeks a year there and lives in Manhattan, her driver arrived to pick her up to go out for the day. I cant say for sure but I suspect the people who own there are not concerned with MF's as much as the average TO.
