Roux Carré is a new (opened December 9, 2015) open air food court that looks to be about four blocks from Wyndham Avenue Plaza.

It's on the #91 bus route -- catch it every 30 minutes across from Chase bank. I noticed the final construction stages last month while taking that bus to the Treme gumbo fest at Armstrong Park. Will definitely check it out when I return in Feb.
