2011 Visa MegaBonus Free Night Certificate, Cat 1-4 hotel

I signed up for this bonus when it came around and forgot about it. When you do get awarded this night, there is no notification. The only way I knew is I was wondering when my visa one for cat 1-5 would get into my account and I came across an unused one issued to me in January. Sure wish they told me it was there. I am going on a trip soon so will be able to use it. If I waited much longer it would have expired.

For the Visa anniversary cat 1-5 free night I received an e-mail alert regarding the certificate being posted.

Thanks for the reminder. Just checked our account and found a Cat 1-4 free certificate for the Visa Megabonus 2012 promotion. We received no notification, and I think Marriott made a mistake because they counted a recent stay that we used a free certificate.

We are expecting to receive two free nights. We rarely travel for business, so we definitely know when we will be expecting them.
