Online reservations is acting wacky

I need to add a few days to my summer Maui. But I have a few days before the 8 month mark. I was just looking to see if it's showing availability still (it is). Then I am also a few days short of being inside of my 12 month time frame of booking Cancun. I was thinking maybe I wanted to do the week or two before and played with those dates. It is telling me that I can't book until 8 months! But it suggested that I book Maui and use home usage! I have already used my home usage for Maui 2016! Yet it wasn't confused when I went to try to add days onto my week in Maui, it had me waiting for the 8 month mark to use staroptions. This online system has been in place for quite awhile, at what point is going to have the kinks worked out?

I may be in the minority, but I think the online system works surprisingly well.

This is the first time I've had such a big discrepancy with reservations. I've closed out of the browser and also went back after letting some time past. Still showing the same. I'll give it a day and call owner services. It's a bummer because I never call to make my reservations. I always do it online but it won't let me no matter what dates I choose for my Cancun week. But it loves to suggest I use that phantom Maui home week reservation.

No issues for me either, but mine are HomeResort reservations, and do not add-on days with extra SVN SOs.

This summer (mid-Aug- early Sept) we had our 1st stays in villas reserved on-line (reserved in Aug 2014 exactly at 9pm PST, 12 months +1 day ahead).
I was worried about actual timestamp in system (for person who assigns rooms), but got 5th floor WKORV 2Bd LO OFD in mid Aug, and HH section at WPORV for our 2Bd LO split across 2-weeks (the 1Bd reservation was in best villa at WPORV - IMO) - actually reserved the studio 2-weeks late because plans changed, but still ended up in HH section. Getting these villas alone is why I like owning WPORV.

You might try emptying your browser cache & deleting cookies. Sometimes that helps. It forces the website to create from scratch rather than grabbing old info from your browser.

Sorry, don't mean to hijack the thread but what is the "HH section"?
