Is the Chat Online function not working? I noticed this yesterdah and the same problem persists today. The Chat Online button is on the my-vacationclub.com main page and it looks like someone is home. But the button is not activated in any way. Can't click on it.
 
Same here....but if you click through to Book My Vacation, and click on the Online Chat there, it seems to be operational.

Typical.... :shrug:
 
Somebody messed with the code and the main button no longer works. I've been using the link in the "Check Availability" link under "Reservations" section, which always seems to work.
 
Now, it appears they took the functionality down everywhere.....I see no Online Chat buttons live right now anywhere.
 
Works fine for me in all browsers (in the section that I mentioned above)...
 
Out of curiosity, did any of you submit website feedback detailing this issue with Marriott? I did, but have not heard back on the issue.

I did not. Other than the one day I posted about which I believe they were just having overall system issues, I have always been able to access it from the page I posted about in post 2 and you posted about in post 3 (its the same page, just two ways to get there), so it was not really an issue for me.

That said, it does seem logical they would allow you to access it from the big huge button that shows on the main page, that seemingly is not linked to anything.
