So I own three contracts, but they are under two different ownership contracts due to one being purchased years ago, jointly with my parents, and a newer contract being purchased jointly with my wife.
Unfortunately due to this I cannot book online reservations as the website doesn’t support it. You can see all contracts and options but can’t book them.
Has anyone heard about any improvements for this coming in the future?
This didn’t used to be a problem when Vistana had good customer service for elite members. Today wait time is over 2 hours ...
Anyone else have this booking problem?
