Online Booking with Two Ownership Accounts

So I own three contracts, but they are under two different ownership contracts due to one being purchased years ago, jointly with my parents, and a newer contract being purchased jointly with my wife.

Unfortunately due to this I cannot book online reservations as the website doesn’t support it. You can see all contracts and options but can’t book them.

Has anyone heard about any improvements for this coming in the future?

This didn’t used to be a problem when Vistana had good customer service for elite members. Today wait time is over 2 hours ...

Anyone else have this booking problem?

Never heard of this. The fact that your ownership is different on one of the contracts -- this makes sense that this would be allocated to a different account. The rule pre-MVCI buyout was that the names had to match exactly on the deeds or it would be dropped in a separate account AFAIK. Of course YMMV, but there are previous posts with people indicating that this was the case at the time.

However, why can't you book online reservations assuming you are not combining the options between the different accounts? To me, you should at least be able to book online rezzies with each account separately (assuming they are in separate accounts). If they aren't, you may be faced with a choice -- be able to book online with separate accounts but not combine the SOs, or have to call in every time which is your current situation. With wait times what they are, I'd prefer the former.

I'd escalate to Owner Resolution Services as the front line reps will not likely be able to help in this situation.
