Today I am review a Homewood Suites one Bedroom in Fairfield, Ca. I call this "timeshare Lite" because the unit has many of the features of a timeshare (full kitchen, pool, activities, One bedroom), but typically not as elegant as a timeshare... This is why you take the points when doing an owner update. With Hilton Honors points, I booked four nights with points and got a fifth Night free.

The resort has a small pool. It was under repair, but you could use the one at the hotel next door during renovation. It also had a nice small fitness center... One of the advantages over a timeshare is they had free breakfast each day and evening snacks (only on Wednesday currently).
