A bunch of timeshare points AND a timeshare! Cool!

Oh wait, almost $5400 of back maintenance fees, late fees, penalties, etc. due (and counting... that's as of end of September)... not as cool!

Add in a cool $1500 purchase price, $299 resort transfer fee, $225 doc prep fee, and this bargain at Grand Desert is starting at $7424.

Wonder how long the "half is owned by an owner not having declared bankruptcy who has done a quit claim" will hold up processing... with late fees continuing to mount?

Hope everyone reads the fine print!

Yeah, I watch that seller, but he usually prices his timeshares way too high. I think he is looking at one of the seller websites like red week or smtn for comps.

Put lipstick on a pig, its still a pig. But hey! still cheaper than retail, and as P.T. Barnum said, "there's a (ebay) sucker born every minute"

Ouch! $2K would have been a sweet deal. I pulled out on a won bid with acobbfan because the story about how much MF was owed kept changing.

....just read the listing...in fairness, they disclosed the delinquency. As you said, read the fine print.

I'm an extreme lowballer, and if I'm even close on a CWP expiring soon, I start reading carefully to determine what others saw that I haven't, and therefore are not bidding.
