Official SDO owner, having trouble joining II

Just received my contract # from Starwoods. Went to II to join so that I can deposit my 2011 week. I entered in all the info and received this message "We have found a memebrship in our system which matches the contact information you've provided. To proceed, please contact the interval office nearest you."

I have never been a member of II. Starwoods doesn't create an account for me, correct?

It probably means that the previous owner still has the week listed with II. You need to contact Starwood, because II doesn't know that the previous owner sold their timeshare to you, until Starwood tells them so.

I called Starwoods, she was very helpful. We did a three way with II, turns our Disney had set me up in II years ago. We got that worked out, I joined over the phone, used the 2 for 1 promo and everything is all set.
