This resort does not have any Tug reviews!

Oceanaire, the newest addition to the Ocean Beach Club Resort,
features 106 timeshare units, 10 three bedroom penthouse units
Is located at 3421 Atlantic Ave in Virginia Beach, Virginia 23451.

Self Parking is $10 per day. Valet parking is $16.
Washer and Dryer on each floor cost $2 per load.
Only penthouse units have Washer/Dryer in unit.

If its anything like the Ocean Beach Club, which I imagine it will be since it is they are connected and both owned by Gold Key, I imagine it will be pretty nice.

Pretty nice except for the fact that it's built on leased land. The lease expires in 40 years as does your ownership. I've also heard that it's impossible to get a summer exchange unless you own one.

i own deeded weeks at OBC. I don't recall seeing anything about a lease. where did you find this?
