Ocean walk "guest" parking fee?

I have an ocean walk Daytona reserved, thinking about "renting" it out.....if I put it in a "guest" name, do they have to pay for parking (1 total spot) or do they get "ONE" parking place with their reservation? thanks!

One per reservation. There is public parking a block South of Ocean Walk.

No I rented a week there this summer. No charge for one car. (If it’s a slower season and you get the right person they may give you an extra spot for no charge.)
