On our latest visit to Ocean Pointe I had to print something out from our e-mail. I opted to visit the small business center where there are three terminals with a printer and internet access. It appeared that only two were working.

After swiping my credit card the first time the terminal logged me in and then immediately kicked me out. I tried again at the same terminal and it did the same thing, so I moved to one of the other terminals and the same thing again.

After returning to the room to check to see if I received any sort of e-mail receipt, I discovered an e-mail from Chase alerting to possible fraud activity indicating "Transaction for $14.69 at Wayport AS was approved on or around 11/04/2011 in Hellerup, Denmark."

When I logged in to our Chase online account I saw three authorizations for $14.69. I called Chase and it seemed that these were just authorizations and I would be concerned if they actually posted to the account.

After returning from our cruise I discovered that they did in fact post. They posted as Swisscom Hospitality Denm. I am not sure why these are posting through a provider in Denmark. I thought this was strange.

I was able to call Ocean Pointe to get a phone number for AT&T. After calling AT&T Wifi services, they were able to look in to the charges and have them all refunded, and rather quickly I might add.

So while everything worked out okay in the end, if you do happen to use the business center terminals, make sure you check your credit card transactions to make sure that you were charged correctly.

Edited to add: For future reference, if you need to print a document and have a thumb drive, you can visit the airline boarding pass terminals in the clubhouse to print them.

Thanks for the heads up. We will be there next week and may need to use the printers too.

The computers seldom work well, there is always some kind of charge - so I bought, used on eBay, a little Canon printer - about the size of an 18-egg carton (a little smaller really). Teeny little ink supplies - I also bought up a bunch - and I pack the whole thing in my checked luggage. If we want a map, a restaurant coupon, our boarding passes - easy, within the room (obviously, I take my little NetBook with me, too - got an Asus and added memory - only one out there that size with this processing capability). I am NOT doing *work* while away - just checking email, etc - but handy to see if anything I need for FUN can be accessed. If you are taking a little computer, then taking a tiny printer is not such a bad idea. There are some newer ones out now - and some have scanners built in, so you can copy those receipts, etc. I will leave one pair of shoes home (GASP!!!) if I needed to make space for this thing - but we are really good at efficient packing by now, so it is never a weight problem. The only *weight problem* is ME - after us using all those great Restaurant.com dining coupons, plus SkyMiles Dining, plus some other programs DH has us in - we hit some place this last trip where we could TRIPLE-dip!

There's a Clubhouse there? Where? How did I miss that?

I am not sure what the definition of a clubhouse really is. My use of the term clubhouse was to refer to the main checkin area.

Is this building near the children play area and attended during the day by some staff?

We have used this business center to print our airline boarding pass.

We have used this business center to print our airline boarding pass.

In the main checkin lobby just past the concierge desk there is a computer terminal where you can print boarding passes for free. So you shouldn't need to use the business center in the Sailfish building and pay to print airline boarding passes.

I noticed last year though when trying to print boarding passes for AirTran that it wouldn't work, but the person at the concierge desk was able to do it for me at their PC.
