Ocean Pointe 2016 Main Pool Closure

The main pool area will be closing for major repair/renovation in 2016. I learned this when I called for my upcoming villa assignment. They currently couldn't provide any information regarding when and how long it will be closed, but this will greatly impact people who stay there during that time. This convinced me to convert my 2016 week to VC points and I don't plan to include it in any exchange requests for the year. I'm glad I own at Oceana Palms so I can still spend time on Singer Island.

Does anyone know of any major renovations or pool closures planned next fall for Hilton Head resorts?
