Helllo!

We have fixed week 18 in a 2 bedroom unit (A2) available. It's currently in RCI points and the 2021 points are available for this year. You may stay in RCI or simply use the week and unit in future years. We can transfer the 2021 points to you or book a week in your name somewhere. The maintenance is $615 paid yearly. The seller is paying ALL transfer and closing costs.

If you'd rather have the week yearly, we can cancel the RCI points package. The points for 2021 could be put in your RCI points account, or we can make a reservation for you. If you have any further questions, please let me know.
