I saw on tripadvisor that someone who checked into the Ocean Beach Club in Virginia Beach using a Groupon was charged a $55 resort fee. I'm considering confirming an II exchange there and would like to know whether timeshare exchangers are also required to pay a "resort fee". Please post here if you know.
