WKORV, WKV, SDO, 4-Kauai Beach Villas, Island Park Village (Yellowstone), Hyatt High Sierra, Dolphin's Cove (Anaheim) NEW: 3 Lawa'i Beach Resort!
Generally speaking, the timeshares on this forum are free, with the transfer cost included. I am not sure if it's realistic to get $1,000 - especially since the 2016 usage is already past.

-Is this a fixed week?
-How much is the maintenance fee?
-Have you paid the 2016 maintenance fee?

Well I just called Silverleaf and they said if I just don't pay it will be foreclosed. what's the consequence of that? Anyway, you're right I would just give it away here in case someone wanted it. The annual fees are about $800

On site: Indoor & outdoor pools, mini golf, games, X Country skiing

Area: SKI Butternut Ski, Catamount and Jimmeny Peak; 1 hour to Stratton
MUSIC Tanglewood; TOUR near quaint Stockbridge
Also very close to a nice brand name outlet mall

Opportunities to trade within Silverleaf

Oak & Spruce was acquired by HIVC / Orange Lake in May 2015 . Rebranded to HIVC

I might be able to trade within the Silverleaf community or to another week here and will pay 2016 fees

Kid in college and I do not use!
