I have two separate reservations for 9/6 and 9/7 for a studio (sleeps 2) at Wyndham Midtown 45 that we're not going to be able to use. We're Wyndham owners and a cancellation this late will result in forfeiture of the points.

A guest certificate would be needed for either of these reservations and the cost of a guest certificate is $99 each. The point equivalent is probably $225/night, just thought if someone could use these rather than letting the points going to waste....

I'm probably breaking some other rule...

I have stayed in the Midtown Studios... the renovated units have a Queen and a sofa bed plus a kitchenette. Very nice - not big on square footage. Location is good..

Just remember, if you bring a car to the resort ... the smallest car is $60 per night plus tax without in & out priviledges (that COST EVEN MORE). I had a Ford Focus and KNEW the cost but was travelling with a 89 yo aunt.

Auntie truly enjoyed her stay ... we used cabs to get around the city.

Great deal for Labor Day!

Please clarify the price - is it $100 per night total? - that is the maximum on this forum.

The price is $99 per night. But someone doesn't need to take both nights since there are two separate reservations.

These two nights are still available, but the unit is a studio with max occupancy of 2 people. I should have put this in the original listing. It must be a refurbished unit, because it wasn't one of the discounted ones, nonetheless, it's still a studio with 2 person max.

You did - your title & text say it's a "Studio Unit." I added "sleeps 2" for you.

What an incredible deal for someone. Hope you find a taker!

I thought that it's a pretty good deal for NYC. It's a studio, so it hasn't worked out for the last few people that have been interested. The points are lost for me either way, so it's no big deal if the units don't rent, wasn't trying to make a profit.
