November ‘24 closing with ‘24 points

I am buying a resale contract for HGVC Seaworld for 11,200 points. All the 2024 points are still available. I called Grand Vacations Title who is handling the transaction and they said the estimated closing date is in November.

Am I able to use my 2024 points when I am finally able to access them for a 2025 stay? What are my other options to use these points??

You could use the 2024 points in 2024 if you could find anything. Otherwise, it is as @Reddart says.

Also - I’d think you’d close faster than November, but maybe the title company is trying to CYA and give you an outer range closing date just to manage expectations. Hopefully they can move things along for you!
