I pray that they can save the Cathedral . Everyone needs to send up a pray up to heaven to grant this wish. We had the opportunity to view this elegant Cathedral years ago and I will never forget how massive this structure was in real life.
Workers began on Monday the delicate and risky task of dismantling 200 tonnes worth of charred and twisted scaffolding left surrounding the centuries-old Notre-Dame Cathedral in Paris after last year's fire.
A year on from Notre-Dame’s devastating fire, the story has taken a terrifying twist. In April 2019 the world watched in horror as flames engulfed one of Europe’s most iconic buildings, leaving little more than a charred and broken ruin. But fast forward one year, and experts are hard at work...

In fact, even the loss of Notre-Dame’s great attic hasn’t been completely without a silver lining. And given the age of the wood, this implies that the construction of the cathedral was intended for at least a century prior to building work commencing.
