Its about $84 a year, less per year if you purchase a 3 or 5 year membership.

The Gold membership is an addition to the regular membership and not worth the extra $$$, unless you plan to use Getaways often. You get a discount of $25 for each Getaway, which would add up, but I have never booked a Getaway. I did have two friends book Getaways, using my account, with their own credit cards, but I don't feel inclined to pay that much for Gold. I see no other benefits worth the extra cost.

Of course, it depends on individual needs and circumstances. My situation is obviously different which fully justifies Gold membership. Example: next month we are leaving for three weeks to Arizona - all on getaways in superior resorts. Using exchanges would have cost me more, MUCH more ! :whoopie:
