When the cruise industry reopen, will they have problems finding employees to work on their cruise ships?

Buried in the article is this line ...

"Norwegian Cruise Line said it was well-positioned to withstand over 18 months of voyage suspensions, and saw demand for cruise vacations beginning in the fourth quarter of the year and accelerating through 2021."

Do you really feel NCL or any cruise lines, can moor/dock their cruise ships for six (6) months and survive ?

i do not feel any cruise lines can survive that long.

There are three (3) NCL cruise ships dock at the Portsmouth Marine Terminal in
Portsmouth, Va. There are approximately 165 crew members on each ship.
They can not leave their ship by order of the Coast Guard.

What is the overhead cost for just these three (3) ships at the Portsmouth Terminal?

NCL have seventeenths (17) cruise ships in the fleet and not a one is making money.
