No points for 2018

Since the calendar now says 1st of Jan 2016 should'nt we have the points for 2018 available as well?

In my accounts the 2018 points are not available?

I would check again tomorrow. It is a national holiday and they may be behind. Mine isn't showing up right now, either.

Points show for my HGVC developed account but not for my HGVC affiliate account.

I have an affiliate and a true hgvc account and points does not show up either place.

Why do you need your 2018 points so soon? You can't borrow them yet, you can't make 2018 reservations yet.

no specific reason - I only logged in and saw that 2018 had null points assigned.

Well I was on the phone with them and just as I was about to confirm a reservation change their system died and I got disconnected...

For all the money they are nickle and diming us you would think that they would at least be able to keep the computers on.

They could be borrowed now for a cruise in 2017 and probably for RCI and some other stuff.

My points still aren't showing, but I have a feeling that they normally don't for a few days. I'll have to call on Monday if they are still missing at that time.

When you first log in is there a line for 2018 with 0 points or does 2018 line not show at all?

I have the 2018 line and my points show for Lagoon, a true HGVC.

Perhaps if its affiliate points the interface systems havent run yet to load the points. The points may show up tomorrow, could be scheduled for Sat night batch operations since its only done annually.

It shows 2018, 0 points. It is for Marbrisa which is supposed to be wholly HGVC now, but maybe it is still run differently.

Mine have appeared now, too.

As written in another post here on tug, my points on my true hgvc account is doubled for 2018 Not bad if it wasn't an error.

Since other are seeing the same, I assume the error will be fixed Monday at some point.
